All credit card refunds are subject to a non-refundable 3% processing fee.

Booking, Deposits & Final Payment

• Private Charters require a $500 deposit when booking online.

• Balance due the day of the trip. We accept cash and credit cards.

• Split Charters must be paid in full at time of booking.​

Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy

Private Charters

• Cancellations with less than 3 days' notice will lose the $500 deposit.

• No refunds once the trip begins—this includes early returns for weather, seasickness, or personal reasons.

• Trips operate rain or shine, unless the captain cancels due to unsafe conditions.

Split Charters

• No refunds or rescheduling for customer cancellations—please book only if 100% committed.

• If the trip is not full 12 hours before departure, or is cancelled due to weather, you’ll receive a refund or reschedule option.

• We do not return early for seasickness.

Seasickness Policy

No refunds for seasickness, overheating, or exhaustion.
To prevent issues:

• Take Dramamine the night before and morning of your trip

• Apply Scopolamine patches the night before

• Remedies taken on the boat will not work in time

Returning early requires a unanimous group decision.
